The Elections...Finally Over..Now What?

So I thought that I would be happy that they are now over. For months, I had to sit through people blabbing all over facebook about something political. What annoyed me the most was the fact that these "facebook friends" never once before had said anything political until the elections were coming up. Of course, I am a respector of opinions, and in fact, enjoy a good debate. However, what angered me the most, were all these ignorant posts. People who just follow the crowd, and people who follow the media. Anyways, now the election has come, it's over, Obama is president again, GREAT. Congrats, don't agree with you 90% of the time, but still gonna respect the vote of the people/electoral votes. What followed next really angered me, people being so disgusting about Romney, and rude and so proud of Obama winning. Yes, it's good for you that the team, oh I mean the President you were rooting for won, but now what? Today is a new day, unemployment is still high, crime is on the rise, taxes are rising, the economy is still falling....honestly, I am not excited ONE bit because we are still facing major problems that this one president has yet to do anything about them. Anyways, I'm so glad the elections are done. People got what they wanted, and I hope they are happy with what's coming, but oh wait, I don't think they even realize what's coming. They are just happy that Obama won. No one is even questioning Libya. What has to happen will happen, I know where my common sense lies, and it's not in the U.S. president. So back to our lives people, go back to work, it's just another day. California will never get out of this thinking. That is why I am glad I am leaving. I don't know about you, but I am sure damn tired of paying high taxes that go directly to fund environmental projects that never work, welfare, and inmates that just feed of the system. Thank you California for your ignorance once again. Peace.
